2010年5月28日,在中国建材工程建设协会会长、中材集团总经理、注册建材工程师专家委员会主任刘志江的陪同下,由国家人力资源和社会保障部专业技术人员管理司吴剑英副司长、吴健调研员,及国家住房和城乡建设部建筑市场监管司陈波处长、人事司何志方处长、全国执业资格注册中心副主任陶建明及秘书处王莲君一行组成的考察组,就建材行业实施勘察设计注册工程师执业制度参观考察了天津水泥工业设计研究院有限公司。
