从电梯设备的结构特点和电梯现场安装的培训内容入手,针对传统的电梯安装培训方式无法满足企业快速培养出电梯安装相关人才的问题,提出了构建用于电梯现场安装培训的虚拟指导系统的设计方案。以电梯现场安装为例阐述虚拟指导系统的构建,包括设备虚拟样机的建立和优化方法、交互式虚拟场景的功能实现方法。通过VRML和协同技术,建立一个交互式虚拟培训系统来帮助操作人员及学员掌握电梯的安装工艺。该虚拟培训系统为电梯安装培训提供了有效的工具,大幅提高了技术人员的培训效率。
Starting from the structural characteristics of elevator equipment and the training contents of on-site installation of elevators, aiming at the problem that traditional training methods of elevator installation can not meet the needs of enterprises to quickly train personnel for elevator installation, a design of virtual guidance system for elevator on-site training Program. Taking the installation of elevator as an example, the construction of virtual guidance system is illustrated, including the establishment and optimization of equipment virtual prototyping and the realization of interactive virtual scenario. Through VRML and collaborative technology, an interactive virtual training system is set up to help operators and trainees grasp the elevator installation process. The virtual training system provides an effective tool for elevator installation training, which greatly improves the training efficiency of technicians.
