[目的]调查某大型甲醛—聚甲醛化工生产中的职业病危害因素,分析其关键控制点及对策。[方法]现场职业卫生学调查及工程分析、检测检验。[结果]该生产工艺过程中存在甲醇、甲醛、苯、硫酸、氢氧化钠、乙二醇及噪声等职业病危害因素,现场检测除甲醛、噪声外均符合国家卫生标准要求。[结论]甲醛—聚甲醛装置化学有害因素的关键控制点为各工序中的各种反应器、加热器、塔器、储槽及相应的管道、阀门等;噪声的关键控制点为各种反应器、风机、压缩机、泵类等。采取综合性控制对策,控制职业病危害因素。
[Objective] To investigate occupational hazards in a large-scale formaldehyde-polyformaldehyde chemical production and analyze its key control points and countermeasures. [Method] Field Occupational Health Survey and Engineering Analysis, Testing and Testing. [Result] The occupational disease hazards such as methanol, formaldehyde, benzene, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, ethylene glycol and noise existed in the production process. The on-site detection met the requirements of national sanitary standards except formaldehyde and noise. [Conclusion] The key control points of the chemical harmful factors of formaldehyde-POM plants are various reactors, heaters, towers, storage tanks, corresponding pipes, valves, etc. in each process. The key control points of noise are various reactions Fans, compressors, pumps and so on. Take a comprehensive control measures to control occupational hazards.
