鉴于悬浮式气力输送装置在应用中所存在的混合比低、输送速度较高等弊病。本文以实验为主,初步对旁通管式密相气力输送装置进行了探讨。实验内容包括操作压力、旁通管间距、成栓情况、气栓、料栓的速度、物料的磨损以及堵塞试验等项目。并提出了初步看法,以便引起大家的兴趣和讨论。简单原理参阅文献[1]。本文不再赘述。
In view of the suspended pneumatic conveying device in the application of the existing low mixing ratio, higher delivery speed and other ills. In this paper, the main experiment, the initial bypass pipe dense phase pneumatic conveying device was discussed.
