国有商业银行的难题国有商业银行贷款五级分类运行几年来,风险监管工作取得了明显成效,商业银行信贷资产质量有了较大提高。但也存在一些问题,如不良贷款“双降”有水分,不良资产总量仍然较大, 且一段时间还存在着不良贷款反弹的巨大压力。去年银监会部署清查全国主要商业银行贷款分类偏离度,主要是针对商业银行是否存在调高贷款分类现象而进行的。那次检查,银监会对可能产生贷款分类偏离度的原因进行了重点关注。 Problems of state-owned commercial banks Loans to state-owned commercial banks in the past five years have witnessed remarkable achievements in their regulatory work and the quality of credit assets of commercial banks has been greatly improved. However, there are also some problems. For instance, the non-performing loans are “double-dip” with moisture content, the total amount of non-performing assets is still large, and for a period of time there is still tremendous pressure to rebound in non-performing loans. Last year, the CBRC deployed to check the classification of major commercial banks in China for the deviation of loan categories, mainly in response to whether there is any increase in commercial banks’ classification of loans. On that inspection, the CBRC focused on the possible reasons for the deviation of loan classification.
