为了改进掘进机设计质量及提高效率,充分利用数字化样机技术,搭建了掘进机截割部回转机构数字化仿真系统。研究AMESim、Simulink与RecurDyn软件接口技术,利用RecurDyn和AMESim建立了掘进机截割部回转机构的机械系统和液压系统模型,以Simulink为平台建立机电液联合仿真模型,进行联合仿真分析,为数字化样机技术在掘进机设计中的应用奠定了基础。
In order to improve the design quality and improve the efficiency of roadheader, take full advantage of digital prototype technology, set up a digital simulation system of the tunnel boring machine turning mechanism. The software interface technology of AMESim, Simulink and RecurDyn is researched. The mechanical system and hydraulic system model of the rotary mechanism of the cutting machine are established by RecurDyn and AMESim. Simulink is used to establish the combined model of electromechanical and hydraulic system. The simulation is carried out for the digital prototype Technology in boring machine design laid the foundation for the application.
