随着我国加氢裂化催化剂全面实现国产化 ,迅速实现加氢裂化预精制催化剂国产化成为当代一个重要课题。抚顺石油化工研究院根据当时现状和需求进行了高活性的重质馏分油加氢精制催化剂的开发研究。通过对催化剂及载体的孔结构、活性金属种类、金属量及金属分布、金属及载体的相互作用程度、成型等方面研究来提高催化剂的活性。催化剂经实验室研制、工业放大、工业生产并在高压加氢裂化、焦化蜡油加氢处理和中压加氢改质装置上应用。结果表明 :研制开发的两代加氢裂化预精制催化剂的物化性质好、加氢脱氮活性高、稳定性好 ,分别达到了当时国际同类催化剂的先进水平。实现了加氢裂化预精制催化剂的国产化 ,并发展了我国在该领域的综合技术。
As China’s hydrocracking catalyst to achieve full localization, the rapid realization of hydrocracking pre-refining catalyst localization becomes an important issue of the contemporary. Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute under the current situation and demand for high activity of heavy distillate hydrotreating catalyst development and research. The activity of the catalyst is enhanced by studying the pore structure of catalyst and support, the types of active metals, the amount of metal and metal, the interaction between metal and support, and the molding. Catalysts developed by the laboratory, industrial amplification, industrial production and high pressure hydrocracking, coker wax hydrotreating and medium pressure hydrogenation modification of the device. The results show that the developed hydrocracking pre-refined catalyst of two generations has good physico-chemical properties, high hydrodenitrogenation activity and good stability, reaching respectively the advanced level of the same kind of catalyst in the world at that time. It realizes the localization of hydrocracking pre-refining catalyst and develops our country’s comprehensive technology in this field.
