目的了解本辖区内医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量,为改进消毒质量提供依据。方法采用现场资料调查和采样检测方法对该区基层医疗机构消毒相关内容进行了调查。结果共抽检2728件样品,平均总合格率为91.1%;定期监测样品合格率为88.6%;医疗机构自送样检测合格率为98.9%。压力蒸汽灭菌器、无菌器材以及使用中消毒液合格率均达到100%。室内空气卫生合格率为63.8%,医务人员手合格率为88.9%,医院污水消毒质量合格率仅62.5%。结论该区基层医疗机构压力蒸汽灭菌和无菌器材无菌质量检测全部合格,室内空气和医务人员手等卫生质量有待改进。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions in their respective jurisdictions and provide the basis for improving the quality of disinfection. Methods Field investigation and sampling methods were used to investigate the disinfection of primary medical institutions in this area. Results A total of 2,728 samples were sampled and the average total pass rate was 91.1%. The pass rate of regular monitoring samples was 88.6%. The passing rate of medical institutions from samples was 98.9%. Pressure steam sterilizer, sterile equipment and the use of disinfectant pass rate of 100%. Indoor air hygiene pass rate of 63.8%, medical staff pass rate of 88.9%, the hospital effluent disinfection quality pass rate of only 62.5%. Conclusions The pressure steam sterilization and sterility testing of sterile equipment in primary medical institutions in this district are all qualified. The hygiene qualities such as indoor air and hand of medical staff need to be improved.
