在地铁修建过程中,由于地下工程不确定因素较多,不可避免地出现施工误差、结构不均匀沉降及变形等问题,导致隧道结构与原设计线路不能很好吻合,造成隧道结构侵入限界。为了防止列车行驶过程中与隧道结构内各种设备或结构发生碰撞,就迫切需要进行线路调整设计减少或消除侵限,满足各种限界要求。结合深圳地铁1号线续建工程实例,提出地铁竣工后结构侵限常见的问题,探讨解决侵限的方法。
In the metro construction process, due to the uncertainties of underground engineering, construction errors, uneven settlement and deformation of structures inevitably occur, resulting in the failure of the tunnel structure to match well with the originally designed ones, resulting in the infiltration and confinement of the tunnel structure. In order to prevent the train from colliding with various equipments or structures in the tunnel structure during the train driving, it is urgently required to adjust or reduce the circuit to meet the requirements of various limits. Combined with the example of the construction of Shenzhen Metro Line 1, the common problems of structure infiltration after completion of subway are put forward, and the methods to solve the infringement are discussed.
