目的 研究血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与血管生成和细胞增殖的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测 98例大肠癌组织中VEGF表达及微血管密度 (MVD)、PCNA标记指数 (PCNALI) ,并分析VEGF与MVD、PCNALI的相关性。结果 98例大肠癌中 ,VEGF表达阳性 3 6例 (3 6.7% ) ;VEGF表达阳性的肿瘤其MVD和PCNALI显著高于VEGF阴性者 (P <0 .0 5 )。VEGF表达与MVD、PCNALI呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。有转移组 (包括淋巴结转移和远处转移 )VEGF表达明显高于无转移组 ,VEGF表达随肿瘤分期的升高而增强。结论 VEGF在大肠癌血管生成和细胞增殖中起重要作用。
Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in colorectal cancer and its relationship with angiogenesis and cell proliferation. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF, microvessel density (MVD) and PCNA labeling index (PCNALI) in 98 cases of colorectal cancer. The correlation of VEGF with MVD and PCNALI was analyzed. Results In 98 cases of colorectal cancer, VEGF expression was positive in 36 cases (3.7%). MVD and PCNALI in VEGF-positive tumors were significantly higher than those in VEGF-negative tumors (P < 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between VEGF expression and MVD and PCNALI (P < 0.05). The expression of VEGF in the metastatic group (including lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis) was significantly higher than that in the non-metastasis group. VEGF expression increased with the increase of tumor stage. Conclusion VEGF plays an important role in angiogenesis and cell proliferation in colorectal cancer.
