人类免疫缺陷病毒1型(HIV-1)具有高度的遗传变异性,13~30%新生儿可从该病毒阳性的母体获得感染。从3对感染HIV-1的母婴,外周血单核细胞中提取病毒DNA进行PCR扩增,引物分别位于V_3区免疫显性位点和V_4~V_5区的CD_4结合位点两侧。将扩增产物DNA克隆后进行序列分析。
Human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) has a high degree of genetic variability, and 13 to 30% of newborns acquire the infection from this virus-positive mother. The virus DNA was extracted from 3 pairs of HIV-1-infected maternal and peripheral blood mononuclear cells for PCR amplification. The primers were located on the immunodominant site of V_3 region and the CD_4 binding site of V_4 ~ V_5 region, respectively. The amplified products were cloned and sequenced.
