目的客观量化鹌鹑尿酸(UA)、粪尿及舌象等指标,探讨高尿酸血症鹌鹑模型的中医证候分型,为鹌鹑证候模型评价研究提供参考。方法采用高嘌呤饮食诱导鹌鹑高尿酸血症模型,动态观察鹌鹑尿酸水平、粪尿性状及舌象并进行数字化定量分析。运用健脾利湿中药菊苣进行反证,从“四诊”及以药测证两个角度探讨高尿酸血症鹌鹑中医证候类型。结果问诊、闻诊及望诊显示,实验第17、30天模型组鹌鹑粪尿湿重有升高趋势,粪尿较溏稀气味较大,正常组鹌鹑舌色以红色调为主,模型组鹌鹑舌色变淡呈淡白舌;第22、32天舌象红色度(red intensity,r)及红色面积比例显著下降;与正常组比,第14、21天血清尿酸水平显著升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比,菊苣组粪尿湿重、干重显著升高(P<0.05);r及红色面积比例显著上升(P<0.05);第21天菊苣组尿酸水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论采用高嘌呤饮食诱导法,可成功诱导鹌鹑高尿酸血症。量化“四诊”指标及以药测证研究提示:鹌鹑模型部分病理改变与饮食不节导致的“脾虚痰湿”证候有一定的相似之处。
Objective To objectively quantify the indexes of uric acid (UA), excrement and tongue of quail and discuss the TCM syndrome type of the hyperuricemia quail model, which will provide references for the quail syndrome model evaluation. Methods The model of hyperuricemia in quail was induced by high purine diet. The level of uric acid, excrement and urine of piglets and tongue were observed dynamically and quantitatively. Applying Chinese herbs of strengthening the spleen and dampness to reverse the evidence, this paper discusses the types of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of hyperuricemia quail from the four diagnostic criteria and the test of medicine. Results The results of interrogation, medical examination and clinic examination showed that on the 17th and 30th day, the wet weight of quail urine in model group tended to increase, the excrement and urine smell of excrement increased, and the color of quail tongue in normal group was mainly red. The model The tongue color of the quail turned pale and pale tongue. The red intensity (r) and red area ratio of the tongue decreased significantly on the 22nd and 32nd days. Compared with the normal group, the serum uric acid level increased significantly on the 14th and 21st day (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the wet weight and dry weight of excrement of chicory group increased significantly (P <0.05), the proportion of r and red area increased significantly (P <0.05), while the uric acid level of chicory group decreased significantly on the 21st day . Conclusion High purine diet induction method can successfully induce hyperuricemia in quail. Quantified “four diagnostic ” indicators and drug test research tips: part of the quail model pathological changes and diet caused by “spleen deficiency phlegm ” syndrome has some similarities.
