本文提出了解决某些交通管理问题的分级智能控制方案。该系统分为三级:语言组织级,协调级和在线控制级,可应用于城市中街区或单独路口的交通管理。交通状况分为五个不同类型,按从稀疏到停滞的顺序排列,对每种情况,我们都导出了适用的控制方法(停滞情况除外,本文对此未作深究)。最低一级是单独路口控制,通过优化所指派的局部目标来实现,协调级管理其辖区内各路口间的相互作用。这一级设有学习算法,以便可观地减少对广泛的先验数字计算的要求。
This paper presents a hierarchical intelligent control scheme to solve some traffic management problems. The system is divided into three levels: the language organization level, the coordination level and the online control level, which can be applied to the traffic management in the city block or separate intersection. Traffic conditions are divided into five different types, in order from sparse to stalled, and for each case we derive the applicable control methods (except for stagnation cases, which are not dealt with in this article). The lowest level is separate intersection control, which is achieved by optimizing the assigned local targets, and the coordination level manages the interaction between the junctions in its area. This level has learning algorithms to significantly reduce the need for a wide range of a priori numerical calculations.
