根据实验经验,从动物选择、造模方法、模型评价三方面来概述建立哮喘模型的要点,以期为制备出更好更接近反映人类哮喘特征的动物模型提供研究基础。 According to the experimental experience, the main points of establishing the asthma model are summarized from three aspects: animal selection, modeling method and model evaluation, in order to provide a research basis for the preparation of an animal model that better and more closely reflects the characteristics of human asthma.
