用龙格一库塔法进行了混合对流换热的数值求解，结合食品冷冻分析了数值计算结果，探讨了食品冷冻中冷风的合理流向。
Numerical simulation of mixed convective heat transfer was carried out by Runge-Kutta method. The numerical calculation results were analyzed by combining with frozen food. The reasonable flow of cold wind in food freezing was discussed.
