学者研究证明,自由基对人体有多种危害,运动训练或体育锻炼能提高机体抗氧化酶的活性、增强机体清除自由基的能力,减少其对人体的危害。本文综述了近几年有关这方面的研究成果,对指导国民健身锻炼有一定的理论意义。
Scholars studies have shown that free radicals on the human body has a variety of hazards, exercise training or physical activity can increase the body’s antioxidant enzyme activity, enhance the body’s ability to scavenge free radicals and reduce its harm to humans. This article summarizes the research results in this area in recent years and has certain theoretical significance to guide the national fitness training.
