近年来,贵州的“瓮安事故”、云南的“躲猫猫事件”、上海的“杨佳袭警案”、广州的“交警不作为”事件等一系列有关警员危机解决的事件令人民警察陷入了舆论的窘境,警民关系以及警察的形象严重受损。为了能够更好地应对警察危机,提高警察公共关系危机管理的效果,本文引入议题警察危机管理,分析解释警察危机管理的含义、特征及一般程序,从警察危机管理的环境因素及其管理的基本模式入手,探讨对警察危机管理对策的重要意义及具体方法。
