针对我国北方一年两熟区秸秆量大、杂草多和免耕播种小麦机具易堵塞问题,设计了2BML-6型小麦免耕播种机,主要设计了动力传动方案、刀刃型开沟器、驱动链式防堵装置和双圆盘播种开沟器等关键部件,并确定了其主要结构参数。田间试验表明,该机能够有效清除秸秆、杂草,保证小麦免耕播种机的通过性,是实现我国北方一年两熟区小麦免耕播种的理想机具。
In order to solve the problem of easy plugging of wheat with more weeds and no-till sowing in the northern part of China, the 2BML-6 wheat no-till planter was designed. The power transmission scheme, blade-type opener, Drive chain anti-blocking device and double disk sowing opener and other key components, and to determine the main structural parameters. Field experiments show that this machine can effectively remove straw and weeds and ensure the passage of wheat no-till planter, which is an ideal tool to realize no-tillage wheat sowing in double-ripening area in northern China.
