自1983年在江苏黄桥苏174井钻获高产CO_2气流以后,随后完成了4口试采井,目前已探明黄桥CO_2气田为国内最大的CO_2气田。1985年投入开发以来,相继发生了气井油管断落、腐蚀穿孔、油管落井、采气树泄漏等情况,导致气田生产成本上升、生产时效降低,极大地影响了气田的开发效益。针对黄桥CO2气田油管容易腐蚀段落的现状,研究了相应的修井工艺和管柱防腐技术。最后通过现场应用,证明本文的提出的修井工艺具有一定的指导意义。
Since 1983, after drilling a high-yield CO_2 gas stream at Well Su 174 in Huangqiao, Jiangsu Province, four pilot production wells were completed. It has been proved that the Huangqiao CO_2 gas field is the largest CO_2 gas field in the country. Since it was put into operation in 1985, gas pipeline fracturing, corrosion and perforation, tubing fall-out and gas tree leakage have all occurred one after another. As a result, the production cost of the gas field has risen and the production aging has been reduced, greatly affecting the development benefit of the gas field. In view of the current situation of easy corrosion section of tubing in Huangqiao CO2 gas field, the corresponding workover technology and anti-corrosion technology of column are studied. Finally, the field application shows that the workover technique proposed in this paper has certain guiding significance.
