试论吴鞠通承气汤类方及其临床应用。吴鞠通在《温病条辨》中对仲景的三承气汤进行了继承,并使之发扬光大,扩展了临床使用范围,丰富了热病辨治体系。通过条分缕析并比较《温病条辨》承气汤类方及其加减方的条文,探讨吴氏承气汤方对于仲景下法的继承与变通,总结其作用机制与组方用药习惯,旨在探讨承气汤类方的使用规律及临床应用方法。
Discussion on Wu Ju Tong Cheng Tang Decoction and Its Clinical Application. Wu Jutong in the “temperature and disease discrimination,” the Zhongjing three Chengqi soup inherited and make it flourish, expanding the scope of clinical use, enriching the diagnosis and treatment of heat disease system. By means of bar analysis and comparison of the articles of Chengqi Decoction and its addition and subtraction prescriptions, this article discusses the inheritance and modification of Wu Cheng Chengqi Decoction for the method of Zhongjing, summarizes its mechanism of action and prescription habits, Aims To explore the use of Chengqi soup side of the law and clinical application.
