目的观察褪黑素/低聚糖对亚健康老年人和非急性期心脑血管病病人的血压和多种生理指标的影响以及对单胺氧化酶-B(MAO-B)的影响。方法将222例60岁以上亚健康和非急性期心脑血管病病人随机分为观察组(114例)与对照组(108例),观察组予褪黑素/低聚糖胶囊,对照组予安慰剂治疗。结果观察组服用褪黑素/低聚糖3个月后,收缩期和舒张期血压均值较服用前和对照组显著下降,此后4个月、5个月、6个月血压始终显著低于服用前和对照组相应血压值(P<0.01)。观察组较服用6个月时较服用前和对照组有显著降低(P<0.05)。褪黑素/低聚糖服用3个月对舒张期血压和MAO-B活性的降低效应有显著性相关。结论老年人服用褪黑素/低聚糖3个月后有较显著降低血压的生理作用,并有降低血清MAO-B活性的作用,从而对衰老进程可能有减缓作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of melatonin / oligosaccharides on blood pressure and various physiological parameters in patients with sub-healthy elderly and non-acute cardio-cerebrovascular diseases and its effect on monoamine oxidase-B (MAO-B). Methods 222 patients with sub-health and non-acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases over 60 years old were randomly divided into observation group (114 cases) and control group (108 cases). The observation group was given melatonin / oligosaccharide capsule and the control group Placebo treatment. Results After 3 months of taking melatonin / oligosaccharide in observation group, mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly compared with those before and after 4 months, 5 months and 6 months, blood pressure was always lower than taking Corresponding blood pressure values of the former and the control group (P <0.01). The observation group than 6 months before taking the control group was significantly lower (P <0.05). The 3-month effect of melatonin / oligosaccharide on the diastolic blood pressure and MAO-B activity was significantly correlated. Conclusion Elderly people taking melatonin / oligosaccharides after 3 months have more significant physiological effects of lowering blood pressure, and lower serum MAO-B activity, which may slow down the process of aging.
