“说起来重要,做起来次要,忙起来不要,出了问题大喊大叫”。这就是当前德育工作的现状。这种重智轻德现象的产生,除了受到传统教育观念的影响及教育评价体制限制外,德育工作管理者自身的观念、素质与能力低下也是学校德育工作不到位的重要因素。因此,选拔任用高素质的学校德育工作干部是搞好学校德育工作的关键。除了应具备领导才能以外,我形象地把德育工作者应具备的素质概括为四个比喻,即“铜头”、“铁嘴”、“橡皮肚”、“飞毛腿”。

In addition to the traditional concept of education and the limitations of the educational evaluation system, the emergence of such a mentally and intellectually demented phenomenon is also an important factor in the moral education in schools that is not in place because of the lack of their own concepts, qualities and abilities.
