在拟建的轨道交通区间隧道一侧有规划新建的房屋项目,为了保证工程的安全,对两项目建设的相互影响进行了安全评估。根据两项工程的筹划,确定了模拟计算顺序,即先施工房屋地下室和桩基础,再施工地铁隧道,最后施工房屋上部结构。通过一定简化基础上的模拟计算,分析了新建项目地下室和桩基础完成后,盾构隧道不同间距施工对其沉降和变形的影响。同时在后期房屋上部结构完成后,分析了房屋的沉降对不同间距施工的区间隧道变形和内力的影响。通过相互影响分析,确定了隧道和房屋的合理间距,并提出了建设意见,既满足工程的安全需要,同时也有利于地块的合理布局。
In the proposed rail transit section of the tunnel side of the planning of new housing projects, in order to ensure the safety of the project, the mutual impact of the two projects were carried out safety assessment. According to the planning of the two projects, the order of simulation calculation is determined, that is, the basement and pile foundation of the house are constructed first, then the subway tunnel is constructed and the superstructure of the house is finally constructed. Based on the simplified calculation, the influence of the construction of shield tunnels on the settlement and deformation after the completion of the basement and pile foundation of new project is analyzed. At the same time, after the completion of the superstructure of the later buildings, the influence of house subsidence on the deformation and internal forces of tunnels with different pitches is analyzed. Through the interaction analysis, the reasonable distance between the tunnel and the house is determined, and the construction opinions are put forward, which not only meets the safety requirements of the project but also is conducive to the rational layout of the plots.
