S195柴油机齿轮箱的小齿轮齿数是18齿,与之相啮合的大齿轮的齿数是44齿。目前生产厂家的齿形加工工艺多是以插齿为主,这就不能排除插齿加工的齿轮在啮合时发生过渡曲线干涉现象。一、齿轮过渡曲线干涉的分析图1是插齿刀加工小齿轮的啮合简图。(?)。为理论啮合线,K_1,K_2分别是插齿刀及小齿轮齿顶与(?)线段的交点,(?)为实际啮合线。图2表示该插齿刀加工出来的小齿轮与大齿轮的啮合图,大齿轮齿顶圆与理论啮合线(?)的交点K_1′。图3所示
