目的 了解中学教师的应对方式特点。方法 本研究采用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)调查了465名中学教师。结果 (1)35岁以下的青年中学教师的积极应对得分高于中、老年教师,其间有显著差异。(2)班主任教师积极应对得分高于非班主任教师,其间有显著差异。(3)中学教师的积极应对与社会支持之间存在显著的正相关。结论 积极应对方式对维护中学教师心身健康很有帮助。
Objective To understand the characteristics of middle school teachers’ coping styles. Methods In this study, 465 secondary school teachers were investigated using the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS). Results (1) The positive coping scores of junior high school teachers under the age of 35 are higher than those of middle-aged and elderly teachers, there are significant differences between them. (2) There is a significant difference between the positive teacher response and the non-teacher teacher. (3) There is a significant positive correlation between secondary school teachers’ positive coping and social support. Conclusion Positive coping style is very helpful to maintain the mental health of middle school teachers.
