竖直地埋管换热器替代冷却塔用于地下工程中,有利于工程防护能力和能源效率的提高。探讨了地埋管换热器在地下工程中的应用形式,包括与冷热源和末端的联合使用;基于地下工程的负荷特点和时间特性及山区岩土体的特性,探讨了地埋管换热器的适用性,结果表明地下工程的热负荷特性有利于地埋管换热器周围温度场的恢复,岩土体较大的导热系数和渗流的存在有利于换热效率的提高;分析了地埋管换热器使用可能导致的热红外暴露问题,提出采用表面覆土的方法来解决这一问题,建议覆土厚度为2m。
Vertical ground tube heat exchangers instead of cooling towers used in underground engineering, is conducive to engineering protection and energy efficiency improvements. The application forms of ground tube heat exchangers in underground engineering are discussed, including the joint use of cold and heat sources and ends. Based on the load characteristics and time characteristics of underground engineering and the characteristics of rock and soil in mountainous area, The results show that the thermal load characteristics of the underground project are beneficial to the recovery of the temperature field around the buried tube heat exchanger. The larger thermal conductivity and seepage of the rock mass are beneficial to the heat transfer efficiency. Ground heat exchanger using thermal infrared exposure may lead to the problem, put forward the use of surface soil covering method to solve this problem, recommended casing thickness of 2m.
