巴陵石化热电事业部汽机车间以追求“操作零违章、设备零缺陷、资源零浪费”三个“零目标”加强现场管理,成为巴陵石化现场管理的一介标杆。9月27日,巴陵石化公司在下属的热电事业部召开现场文化观摩会,推介该事业部汽机车间坚持高标准加强现场管理的做法。汽机车间在巴陵石化企业文化理念的引领下,以追求“操作零违章、设备零缺陷、资源零浪费”三个“零目标”加强现场管理,成为巴陵石化现场管理的一个标杆。
