我厂锻造车间有四台扩孔机,一开动起来噪声较大,影响劳动条件。我们参考了有关资料,设计了一种消声器,安装在D51-160扩孔机上的两位四通电磁换向阀排气口上。试验表明,减小了排气噪声,改善了工作环境。工作原理如图所示。换向阀排出的废气受到实心隔板3和环形隔板4的阻碍,沿着φ3孔进入芯筒5内,由φ2.5孔排出,开始进入下一个循环。以此来降低空气动能,达到减小噪声的目的。
Our factory forging workshop has four reaming machines, a large noise to start up, affecting working conditions.
