全息摄影技术如何摆脱实验室防震台条件,面向生产现场的实物结构测试以及对全息图简单快速的定量分析,这是目前普及这一先进试验手段的主要问题。本文介绍了使用国产小型氮氖激光器,利用放在车间地面的一块平板,在特定条件下,用激光全息摄影法对上海第二机床厂两种不同的尾架结构的动态特性所进行的测试研究。文内还扼要阐述了根据拍摄对象确定最佳全息光路和一维定量解析的方法,并对试验结果进行了结构上的分析,为尾架结构的进一步合理设计提供了一定的参考依据。
How to get rid of the laboratory seismic platform conditions, the physical structure-oriented test of the production site and the simple and quick quantitative analysis of the hologram are the main problems that the holographic technology popularizes this advanced testing method. This paper introduces the test and study of the dynamic characteristics of two different tailstock structures of Shanghai No.2 Machine Tool Plant by laser holography using a domestic small-sized Nitride laser using a flat plate placed on the floor of the workshop under certain conditions. . The article also briefly describes the method of determining the best holographic optical path and one-dimensional quantitative analysis according to the subject, and analyzes the test results structurally, which provides a reference for the further rational design of the tailstock structure.
