针对涩北气田气井冬季易冰堵的现象,为延长气井的生产时效涩北气田开展了冰堵井的专项治理。根据气井冰堵的形成机理,并结合涩北气田的地质特征及气井生产现状,从提高气井携液能力及降低井口温度损失两个方面着手,开展了大量的现场试验。结果表明,井下节流工艺的推广、采气树保温的实施及气井工作制度的优化能很好的缓解气井冰堵的发生,降低反吹造成天然气资源的浪费。
In view of the phenomenon of easy ice blockage in the gas field of Sebei gas field in winter and special treatment of ice plugging wells in the Sebei gas field in order to prolong the production of gas wells. According to the formation mechanism of gas well ice blocking and combining with the geological characteristics of Sebei gas field and the production status of gas wells, a large number of field experiments were carried out in order to improve gas carrying capacity and reduce temperature loss in wellhead. The results show that the popularization of downhole throttling technology, the implementation of gas tree insulation and the optimization of gas well working system can well alleviate the occurrence of gas well blockage and reduce the waste of natural gas resources caused by backflushing.
