在混合醇萃取前,引入磁场强化膜分离技术对板框过滤后的林可霉素发酵液进行提纯和浓缩。研究结果表明,磁化作用对改善浓差极化和防止膜污染效果显著,PES10超滤膜的1h初始膜通量和6h稳定膜通量分别增加了36.2%和28.6%,蛋白去除率提高了10.4%;NF 270纳滤膜的1h初始膜通量和6h稳定膜通量分别增加了21.2%和48.5%,蛋白去除率提高了4.8%。浓缩液再进行萃取,混合醇用量随料液体积明显减少,萃取效率和林可霉素收率均较原工艺有明显提高。
Prior to the mixed alcohol extraction, magnetic field enhanced membrane separation technology was introduced to purify and concentrate lincomycin fermentation broth after filtration. The results show that magnetization can improve the concentration polarization and prevent membrane fouling significantly. The initial membrane flux of 1h and the stable membrane flux of 6h increased by 36.2% and 28.6%, respectively, and the protein removal rate increased by 10.4% %. The initial membrane flux of 1h and the steady membrane flux of 6h were increased by 21.2% and 48.5%, respectively, and the protein removal rate increased by 4.8%. Concentrate and then extracted, the amount of mixed alcohol with the feed liquid volume was significantly reduced, extraction efficiency and lincomycin yield were significantly higher than the original process.
