财务管理是民营企业管理工作的重点内容,对企业发展而言至关重要。本文简要分析了新形势下民营企业财务管理工作中存在的问题,同时从提高财务管理认识以及加强财务管理精细化两方面来分析如何提高民营企业财务管理能力,以期提升企业财务管理水平。
Financial management is the focus of the management of private enterprises, the development of enterprises is crucial. This article briefly analyzes the existing problems in the financial management of private enterprises in the new situation.
