目的基于社会支持的心理健康效应和身体锻炼功能的双重效应,以徐州市8所中学的学生为个案。方法运用问卷调查、数理统计等方法,探讨身体锻炼对青少年心理应激的影响效应。结果身体锻炼与心理应激和负性事件呈负相关,与社会支持、正性事件和中性事件呈正相关;社会支持变量的出现,引起了身体锻炼对心理应激解释量和标准回归系数的降低;身体锻炼对社会支持和心理应激具有直接效应,社会支持既可以直接对心理应激起作用又可以间接起到中介变量作用。结论社会支持在青少年心理应激影响机制中充当中介作用。
Objective Based on the dual effects of social supportive mental health effects and physical exercise function, this study uses the students from 8 middle schools in Xuzhou as a case study. Methods Using questionnaires, mathematical statistics and other methods to explore the psychological effects of physical exercise on young people. Results Physical exercise was negatively correlated with psychological stress and negative events, and positively correlated with social support, positive events and neutral events. The emergence of social support variables caused the amount of psychological exercise explained and the standard regression coefficient Reduce; physical exercise on social support and psychological stress have a direct effect, social support can play a direct psychological stress and can indirectly play a mediator role. Conclusion Social support plays an intermediary role in the mechanism of psychological stress in adolescents.
