合作学习是学生学习各门功课的重要方式之一,学困生积极主动的参与合作学习是教师的迫切愿望,教师首先要摸清学困生“困”的原因,在平时较多时间给学困生营造民主、和谐的教学环境,提供合作交流的机会,创设想学、乐学的课堂气氛,培养学困生的非智力因素,几个方面来培养学困生的合作参与意识,使学困生变得不再“困”。
Cooperative learning is one of the important ways for students to learn all kinds of homework. Students who are struggling to learn and actively participate in cooperative learning are the urgent desire of teachers. Teachers should first find out the reasons why they are poor students.
