目的:观察丹黄保肝颗粒对实验性肝损伤模型的改善作用及其利胆作用;方法:建立腹腔注射CCl4、D-半乳糖胺诱发小鼠急性肝损伤模型,观察受试药物的保肝作用;通过胆管插管引流法,观察受试药物对正常大鼠胆汁流量的影响;结果:丹黄保肝颗粒在0.5~2.0 g/kg剂量范围内,能明显抑制CCl4、D-半乳糖胺致肝损伤小鼠肝脏系数增大,降低血清ALT、AST水平,有效改善肝功能;同时药物也能明显提高CCl4所致肝损伤小鼠肝脏抗氧化功能,提高SOD活力,降低MDA含量;此外,丹黄保肝颗粒还能明显增加正常大鼠的胆汁流量,显示出利胆作用;结论:丹黄保肝颗粒具有较好的保肝利胆作用,其机制可能与提高机体抗氧化能力有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Danhuang Baogan granule on experimental liver injury model and its gallbladder function.Methods: The model of acute liver injury induced by intraperitoneal injection of CCl4 and D-galactosamine in mice was established, The effect of test drug on the bile flow in normal rats was observed by the biliary catheter drainage method. Results: Danhuang Baogan Granule could significantly inhibit CCl4, D-galactosamine in the dose range of 0.5 ~ 2.0 g / kg Liver injury caused by liver increased liver coefficient, lower serum levels of ALT, AST, effectively improve liver function; the same time, drugs can also significantly improve liver CCl4-induced liver injury in mice liver antioxidant function, increase SOD activity, reduce MDA content; In addition, Dan Huang Baogan Granules can also significantly increase the bile flow in normal rats, showing gallbladder effect; Conclusion: Dan Huang Baogan Granules has a better role in protecting liver and gallbladder, the mechanism may be related to improving the body’s antioxidant capacity.
