高龄病人下肢关节置换手术,以往行腰-硬联合麻醉（CSEA）多使用重比重药物,其不足是对双下肢的运动功能都有不同程度的阻滞。自2007以来笔者改用轻比重麻醉药物,并与重比重麻醉药物进行了对照观察,现将观察结果总结报告如下。
