中国的石油公司应进一步深化石油工业的改革,使之更适应于当今世界石油工业环境的快速变化,并使之更具有竞争力。中国的石油公司的明显的比较优势是拥有大量受过较高水平教育的人力资源,资本充裕也是它们新的竞争优势。
China’s oil companies should further deepen the reform of the oil industry to make it more responsive to the rapid changes in the petroleum industry environment in the world today and to make it more competitive. The obvious comparative advantage of Chinese oil companies is that they have a large pool of human resources with a higher level of education and that capital adequacy is also their new competitive advantage.
