本文就直接作用式双温包补偿式温度调节器的作用原理以及温包位置对控制效果的影响进行分析和论述,提出了在空调供暖系统中的合理使用方法。全文通过理论分析和实例测算得出以下结论:一、单温包温度调节器由于是纯比例型调节器,无室外温度补偿作用,在空调供暖系统中应用时调节性能较差,而双温包调节器由于有室外温度的补偿作用,可大大改善其调节性能。二、将双温包调节器的主温包按目前一般资料介绍的办法置于空调器的出风口时,得不到较理想的补偿效果。而将主温包置于回风口同时将副温包置于室外,这样既有反馈调节功能又有前馈调节作用作为辅助,能大大改善补偿效果,是比较合理的布置方法,对部分新风时亦可采用。
