[目的]了解2009年河南省法定传染病发生水平、构成及流行特征。[方法]使用中国疾病预防控制中心所开发的“疾病监测信息报告管理系统”对2009年河南省法定传染病发病与死亡情况进行统计分析。[结果]2009年河南省总共报告法定传染病28种469 251例,发病率为497.67/10万,报告死亡2 333例,死亡率为2.47/10万,病死率为0.50%。其中无甲类传染病报告,报告乙类传染病19种311 832例,发病率为330.71/10万,报告死亡2 285例,死亡率为2.42/10万,病死率为0.73%。报告丙类传染病9种157 419例,发病率为166.95/10万,报告死亡48例,死亡率为0.05/10万,病死率为为0.05%。乙类传染病发病数居前5位的疾病依次为:病毒性肝炎、肺结核、痢疾、梅毒和麻疹。丙类传染病发病数居前5位的疾病依次为:手足口病、其他感染性腹泻、流行性腮腺炎、流行性感冒和风疹。[结论]在2009年河南省法定传染病中,病毒性肝炎、肺结核、痢疾、手足口病、其他感染性腹泻和流行性腮腺炎仍是严重危害当地居民身体健康与生命安全的主要公共卫生问题。
[Objective] To understand the level, constitution and epidemic characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in Henan Province in 2009. [Methods] The “Disease Surveillance Information Reporting Management System” developed by China Center for Disease Control and Prevention was used for statistical analysis of the incidence and death of notifiable infectious diseases in Henan Province in 2009. [Results] In 2009, a total of 469 251 cases of 28 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported in Henan Province, with an incidence rate of 497.67 / 100 000. There were 2 333 fatalities reported, with a mortality rate of 2.47 / lakh and a case fatality rate of 0.50%. Among them, there were no reports of type A infectious diseases and 19 kinds of 311,832 cases of type B infectious diseases were reported, the incidence rate was 330.71 / 100,000. There were 2 285 cases of deaths reported, the death rate was 2.42 / 100,000 and the case fatality rate was 0.73%. A total of 157 419 cases of Category 9 infectious diseases were reported, with a prevalence of 166.95 / 100 000. There were 48 reported cases of death, with a mortality rate of 0.05 / 100,000 and a case fatality rate of 0.05%. The top 5 diseases with the highest incidence of Category B infectious diseases were viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, dysentery, syphilis and measles. The top 5 diseases with the highest incidence of Category C infectious diseases were hand-foot-mouth disease, other infectious diarrhea, mumps, influenza and rubella. [Conclusion] Viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, dysentery, hand-foot-mouth disease, other infectious diarrhea and mumps are still the major public health problems which seriously endanger the health and life safety of local residents in the legal infectious diseases in Henan Province in 2009 .
