提出了一种输出缓冲型交换机的设计方案，着重描述了其输出部分的结构和所用的调度算法。根据此方案实现的ATM交换机可以很好地支持多媒体通信，故能适应于多种类型业务并存的网络环境（如ATM局域网等）。
A design scheme of output buffer switch is proposed, and the structure of the output part and the scheduling algorithm are described emphatically. The ATM switch realized according to this scheme can well support the multimedia communication, so it can adapt to the network environment (such as the ATM local area network) where multiple types of services coexist.
