泸州的白酒产业作为泸州四大支柱产业的排头兵,在泸州城市竞争力提升中具有举足轻重的作用。本文主要介绍了美国哈佛大学迈克尔·波特教授的产业竞争力理论,并使用波特的“钻石模型”从产业竞争力的角度对泸州白酒产业集群的竞争力进行了科学的分析,从而为泸州白酒产业根据自身的实力和所处环境选择合理策略,提升泸州白酒产业竞争力提供研究基础,并根据分析提出进一步健康持续发展泸州白酒产业的对策。 As the vanguard of Luzhou’s four pillar industries, Luzhou’s liquor industry plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of Luzhou’s cities. This paper mainly introduces the theory of industrial competitiveness of Professor Michael Porter of Harvard University in the United States and makes a scientific analysis of the competitiveness of Luzhou Liquor Industrial Cluster from the perspective of industrial competitiveness using Porter’s “Diamond Model” In order to provide a research basis for Luzhou liquor industry to choose a reasonable strategy based on its own strength and environment, and to improve the competitiveness of Luzhou liquor industry, the countermeasures of further healthy and sustainable development of Luzhou liquor industry are put forward.
