切除14月龄雌性大鼠双侧卵巢,复制骨质疏松症动物模型,观察去势对大鼠长骨骨密度、血清钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶的影响。结果发现,去势13周后的大鼠,鼠骨密度明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),血清碱性磷酸酶明显高于正常组(P<0.01),与临床绝经后骨质疏松症特征相符,说明模型复制成功。
The ovariectomized ovariectomized female 14-month-old female rats were removed and the animal model of osteoporosis was replicated. The effects of castration on the bone mineral density, serum calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase in rats were observed. The results showed that the bone mineral density of rats after ovariectomized for 13 weeks was significantly lower than that of the normal control group (P <0.05), serum alkaline phosphatase was significantly higher than that of the normal group (P <0.01) Post-osteoporosis characteristics match, indicating successful replication model.
