文章对某实验单级压气机转子叶片模型采取了优化的建模方式,从叶片任意分层截面到针对叶片具体关键部位的流线截面生成模型;从层面之间拉伸成体到曲线边线的实体建立,使所建叶片模型更真实,输入输出文件模型格式兼容性更高;然后将叶片与轮盘和轴进行装配组成压气机转子,对转子系统进行有限元分析,其结果对实验单级压气机设计提供理论依据。
In this paper, an optimized modeling method for an experimental single-stage compressor rotor blade model is adopted, in which a model is generated from any stratified cross-section of the blade to a streamline cross-section for specific key parts of the blade.
