以硫酸法钛白酸解工序产生的难浸取固相物为研究对象,对其结构和成分进行了深入分析,经实验室验证得出:酸矿混合不均匀,酸解反应不完全是产生大量酸解难浸取固相物的主要原因。以某钛白粉厂酸解预混工艺为例,进一步分析影响预混效果的因素,并提出解决措施,通过调整配酸方式,降低了硫酸温度,彻底解决了该厂酸解率低和酸解固相物居高不下的难题,使该厂酸解率达到96%,酸解锅壁上的残余固相物体积从30 m3下降到3 m3以下。
