教师从来没有像今天这样面临如此巨大的心理压力和挑战,这大大降低了教师的职业幸福感。教师的心理压力有来自社会、家长传统的文化价值观,来自自我发展中的内在压力,来自学校管理制度的禁锢带来的压力。这就要求全社会更新对教师的职业要求;要求教师自身更新教育理念;要求学校进行人本化管理;要求教育主管部门减少改革中的负面影响等以提升教师职业幸福感。
Teachers have never faced such tremendous psychological pressure and challenge as they are today, which has greatly reduced teachers’ professional well-being. Teachers’ psychological pressure comes from the traditional cultural values of society and parents. They come from the inherent pressure of self-development and come from the pressure of imprisonment of school management system. This requires the whole society to update the occupational requirements of teachers; requiring teachers to update their own educational philosophy; requiring schools to carry out humane management; requiring education authorities to reduce the negative impact of reforms so as to enhance teachers’ professional well-being.
