良好的班集体一定要有有效的评价机制和民主、平等的管理理念,才能激励学生积极主动、健康地成长,使学生心情愉快地学习,亲历童年点点滴滴的快乐。多年的班主任工作经历告诉我:评价方式应根据各个阶段教育教学的特点,充分考虑学生的年龄、心理特征及认知水平,选用合理、多样的评价方式。在日常教育教学活动中,我不断地探索和实践,逐渐摸索出一些适用于小学生的有效评价方式。当然我也发现,就如同没有放之四海而皆准的规则一样,也没有完美无缺的评
Good class collective must have an effective evaluation mechanism and democratic, equal management philosophy, to motivate students to take the initiative and healthy growth, so that students feel happy to learn, witness the joy of childhood bit by bit. Years of class teacher work experience told me: evaluation method should be based on the characteristics of various stages of education and teaching, give full consideration to the students age, psychological characteristics and cognitive level, the selection of reasonable and diverse evaluation methods. In daily education and teaching activities, I constantly explore and practice, and gradually find out some of the effective evaluation methods for primary school students.
