针对姚孟电厂 2 号炉排烟温度偏高进行分析研究,研究表明运行时掺入制粉系统和一次风的冷风量偏大是导致排烟温度偏高的主要原因。在增加磨煤机再循环管的同时减少一次风风率,使进入炉膛的冷风量减少 8.12%。实际改造后排烟温度降低了 15.1 ℃,锅炉效率提高了 0.823%。
In view of the high exhaust gas temperature of No.2 furnace in Yao-Meng Power Plant, the research shows that the large amount of cooling air incorporated into the pulverizing system and the primary air during operation is the main reason leading to the high exhaust gas temperature. Reduce the primary wind rate while increasing the recirculation pipe of the coal mill and reduce the amount of cold air entering the furnace by 8.12%. The actual conversion of exhaust gas temperature dropped 15.1 ℃, boiler efficiency increased by 0.823%.
