随着城市建设空间的不断拓展,城市周边大量生态化地区逐渐被开发,城市生态安全格局受到威胁。对此,南京立足自身丰厚的科教资源,提出了“创新发展”的战略途径,希望通过科技创新引领生态化地区的开发建设。本文以《南京市麒麟科技创新园总体规划(2010-2030)》为例,构建了不同于一般科学园的用地规划方法,希望能为其他生态化地区科学园用地规划提供借鉴。
With the continuous expansion of urban construction space, a large number of ecological areas around the city have been gradually developed, and the ecological security pattern of the city is threatened. In response, Nanjing, based on its own rich resources of science and education, proposed a strategic approach of “innovation and development”, hoping to lead the development and construction of ecological areas through technological innovation. Taking “Nanjing Kirin Technology Innovation Park Master Plan (2010-2030)” as an example, this paper constructs a land planning method different from that of the general science park and hopes to provide reference for the planning of the science park in other ecological regions.
