目的:探讨高频X线摄影对乳腺肿块微钙化的诊断价值。方法:观察分析421例(489个乳腺肿块)乳腺良、恶性肿块内微钙化显示状况。所有病例均经病理证实(手术或细针穿刺活检)。结果:乳腺恶性肿块内微钙化的检出率占71.1%(59/83),良性肿块占16.5%(67/406),两者比较具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01)。钙化与年龄、肿块性质有关,与肿块大小无关。结论:高频X线摄影可以很好显示乳腺肿块微钙化,对乳腺肿块定性有着重要指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of high-frequency X-ray on the diagnosis of breast micromelization. Methods: Observe and analyze 421 cases (489 breast masses) of benign and malignant breast microcalcifications. All cases were pathologically confirmed (surgery or fine needle aspiration biopsy). Results: The positive rate of microcalcifications in malignant breast masses was 71.1% (59/83) and that of benign masses was 16.5% (67/406). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Calcification and age, the nature of the mass, has nothing to do with the size of the tumor. Conclusion: High-frequency X-ray photography can well show the microcalcification of breast lumps, which has an important guiding significance for the qualitative diagnosis of breast lumps.
