燃煤发电和燃气发电是我国发电行业的主流,与燃气发电相比传统燃煤发电对环境影响较大,新型的超低排放燃煤发电技术的应用则有效的解决了这一问题。本文通过分析我国煤炭和天然气资源的分布、产量、进口量,说明了煤炭资源在我国能源结构中的重要地位;对比燃煤发电和燃气发电的环境成本、经济成本、社会效益,提出新型超低排放燃煤发电仍是我国电力行业的主流。
Coal-fired power generation and gas power generation are the mainstream of China’s power generation industry. Compared with gas power generation, traditional coal-fired power generation has a great impact on the environment. The application of the new ultra-low emission coal-fired power generation technology effectively solves this problem. By analyzing the distribution, output and import of coal and natural gas resources in our country, this paper illustrates the important position of coal resources in China’s energy structure. By comparing the environmental costs, economic costs and social benefits of coal-fired power generation and gas power generation, Emissions of coal-fired power generation is still the mainstream of China’s power industry.
